• Can I place an order over the phone?

  At this time, orders can only be placed on our website

• Can I swap the knives in a set?

  Unfortunately, we are unable to divide our sets of knives and/or swap one knife in a set for a different knife - we are sorry we cannot help with this

• How do I redeem a discount code?

  To redeem a discount code, go to Checkout and you will see a window on the right-hand side, where you can enter your Discount Code and press 'Apply'. If you experience any problems at all, please just let us know and we will be happy to help you
