My tracking number is not working

If your tracking number leads you to a message reading "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later", your parcel has been allocated a tracking number, but this has not yet gone live.

As soon as the parcel is scanned onto its first mode of transport, full tracking information will link to your tracking number.
